Welcome to ShopnoJhuri. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or browsing our website, you agree to these Terms.
2. About us
ShopnoJhuri sells toys, bags and other everyday products, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We serve customers across Bangladesh through our website and Facebook page.
3. Products
– All products are quality-checked before they’re listed, with details on materials, size, and (for toys) age range provided on each product page.
– Product photos are for illustration purposes. Actual color or texture may vary slightly due to the materials used and screen/lighting differences.
– We make reasonable efforts to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or description error after you place an order, we will contact you before processing the order.
– Stock availability is shown on the website but is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed, as multiple customers may order at the same time.
4. Ordering
– Orders can be placed as a guest, without creating an account.
– You must provide accurate name, phone number, and delivery address. ShopnoJhuri is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
– An order is considered confirmed once you receive confirmation via SMS, phone call, or on-screen confirmation.
– We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or incorrect order details, in which case any payment made will be refunded.
5. Pricing
– All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) and are inclusive of applicable costs unless stated otherwise.
– Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout based on delivery location.
– We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
6. Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
– Cash on Delivery (COD)
– Online Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket)
For mobile banking payments, transactions are processed through our payment gateway partner. ShopnoJhuri is not responsible for issues arising from the customer’s mobile banking account, network, or provider-side errors.
7. Delivery
We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
– The item was accepted without checking in front of the delivery person.
– The item was used or removed from original packaging before reporting an issue.
– Damage occurred after the item was delivered and accepted (e.g., from normal wear, misuse, or accidents).
– Customer changed their mind about the product after accepting delivery.
8. Inspection at delivery
Customers are strongly advised to check their item(s) in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery before accepting the order. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the ShopnoJhuri name, logo, product photos, descriptions, and design, is the property of ShopnoJhuri and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
ShopnoJhuri provides products for everyday use as described on each product page. For toys, please follow the recommended age range and any care instructions provided. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse of a product or failure to follow instructions provided.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
